Organic Lamb and Beef
Our lambs graze freely on a natural grass and wild flower meadow located in the Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) of the Cherwell Valley. Their taste is unequalled and can be cut to order by our expert butcher. We do not currently rear our own beef but we can offer a non-organic alternative from trusted local farmers who adopt similar high standards of animal welfare.
