Honey

At Willowbrook Farm we have recently established a colony of bees but it will be next year at the earliest before we are likely to be selling our home produced honey. Until then we have sourced locally produced honey from Fosse Way. Their honey with apricot adds a fruity note and is great on toast. The ginger is warming and ideal in the winter. The honey and lavender adds that extra floral scent.
